Cancel Policy
To Cancel Your Policy
Call us on 0330 159 8426 - it's the quickest way to cancel.
If you're thinking of leaving us, we'll be sorry to see you go. But you can cancel your membership at any time. The easiest way to do it is to call, as this will help us arrange any refund due sooner. If you owe cancellation fees, then you'll need to call in before we can close your membership down.
We are open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm weekends / bank holidays.

Change of Details
You can change your details immediately via MyRAC. This includes vehicle registrations, names of members on the policy, change of address, and more. Here's the link:

MyRAC Enquiries
To register you'll need your email associated with your account, your membership number, name and postcode at hand. You can find your membership number on your policy confirmation or renewal documents.
If you have an account and you're having trouble logging into MyRAC you can request a one time password to be emailed to you by visiting MyRAC - here's the link:
